About Chicago Clean Queen

Our queer lens brings a deep commitment to inclusivity, transparency, and mutual respect. We are intentional about who we serve and how we serve, holding space for those often underserved by mainstream domestic services.

We honor rest, rhythm, and reality. Our work is not about chasing perfection — it’s about building sustainable practices, restoring ease, and nurturing environments where you can thrive.

At Chicago Clean Queen, we don't just clean — we connect. We approach each home with deep respect, sensitivity, and curiosity, recognizing that every client, like every space, is beautifully unique. As neurodivergent folks, we understand how overwhelming traditional systems of organization and upkeep can feel. That’s why we create tailored, judgment-free solutions that work with your brain, not against it.

Hi, I’m Madi!

As a femme, neurodivergent, and queer entrepreneur, I founded this company out of both necessity and love — love for the overlooked details, for intentional living, and for communities like mine that are often left out of traditional household services. What began as a one-person effort to help friends and neighbors reclaim their space quickly evolved into a full-spectrum household management business. Our approach is grounded in empathy, flexibility, and the belief that everyone deserves a home that works with their lifestyle — not against it.

One of our proudest milestones was expanding from solo services to building a small but mighty team that reflects our values and community. We’ve developed personalized systems for clients with ADHD, chronic illness, and non-traditional family structures, and helped dozens of households experience ease and structure without shame or pressure to conform. We’ve partnered with local LGBTQ+ organizations, supported housing transitions for queer youth, and cultivated a loyal client base who trust us not just with their homes, but with their stories.

Through each project — whether it’s decluttering a studio apartment or designing a long-term home maintenance plan — we bring clarity, care, and a trauma-informed lens. Our work is as much about affirming people’s worth as it is about wiping down counters, and that’s what makes us different.

Is this thing on? We want to make sure you hear us loud and clear. What sets us apart from just another cleaning company, is our ability to teach others how to foster harmony within a home. I believe that it all starts from creating a home within yourself. So that no matter where you go, you feel safe and that you belong.
